The centuries-old art of Yoga enables practitioners to improve inner awareness, teaching them to tune in to the body and the mind through proper breathing and physical postures.They then learn to make conscious choices that will honor body, mind and spirit.
There is a reason Pilates is gaining in popularity. The series of exercises developed in the 1920s by German immigrant Joseph Pilates improve strength and flexibility in the midsection. Regular practice corrects poor posture and prevents back pain which has become so prevalent in our sedentary society.

As students gain greater appreciation and acceptance of and respect for their body, peace and calm follow, health is achieved and focus, balance, flexibility and strength are attained.
At Fusion Mind/Body Studio we design classes to meet our students' needs and abilities. We provide an atmosphere of acceptance and freedom for the students to experience their unique selves at every moment, with an aim towards physical fitness, healing, self-improvement, empowerment and spiritual awakening.
