My husband and I have been taking yoga classes with Juanita at Fusion Mind Body Studio for almost five years. I have been practicing yoga for quite some time. I have attended many different classes. By far, my favorite practice is with Juanita at Fusion Mind Body Studio. She is extremely knowledgeable about many different types of yoga and is especially adept at tailoring her sessions to meet the individual needs of the class participants. Her expertise manifests in sessions that are filled with cues and progressions that bring you to your best form in poses. Smaller classes provide a level of attention that you can not get at most gyms. That attention is matched with cues that are on point, resulting in a very effective practice with real results. Her sessions are never cookie cutter, as she frequently adds new poses or a level of focus that brings you growth and sometimes unexpected accomplishments. She is great at meeting people where they are and helping them to improve. Beginner to more advanced poses: first timers to veterans - Juanita is the best guide for understanding and furthering your yoga practice. I prefer to spend my money and time effectively and with someone I like. Juanita is such a kind and caring person. I highly recommend her!

My son and I have been taking classes with Juanita since January, 2023. Juanita excels at adapting the yoga practice to the needs of her students. When my son or I have problems with a certain pose, Juanita takes the time to adjust us and explains different methods on how to get into the pose that will work. Every class is unique, and we love that there are plenty of challenges to continue to learn and grow in our practice. She provides enough challenge to make the class interesting while nurturing each and every student. She reminds us that there is no yoga without breathing and every day in yoga is different. I have been a student of Juanita’s for 12 years. She is a patient and accommodating teacher. Classes are geared towards the ability of each student, with adjustments made available for different poses depending on each student’s level of practice. My back pain went away after taking yoga classes with Juanita. She knows what each student can do and likes to challenge us, but knows our body limits. Juanita was my first experience with yoga and that was four years ago. She made her space so welcoming and comfortable that my nerves were calmed and I was no longer intimidated.
